Joining a session
Your organizer runs the group on PadelTab and has sent you a link to a session. You don't need an account or an app: the link opens in any browser.

Signing up
Open the link and you see the session: the date, the venue, who is playing and how many courts it needs.
- Type your name.
- Choose the hours you can play, from and to.
- Press I'm in!
There is no email address, phone number or password to give. Bringing a friend? Add their name too: one browser can sign up as many as ten names.
Changing your plans
While sign-ups are open you can change your hours or take your name off, from the same browser you signed up on. After sign-ups close, or if you have cleared your browser since, ask your organizer.
When a session is full
Some groups limit how many can play at once. If any part of the hours you choose is already full, you go onto the waitlist, and you move onto the list automatically once there is room for all your hours.
If the link asks for a password
Some groups put a password on their links. Ask your organizer for it. You type it once in your browser, and from then on the group's links open straight away, for up to 90 days or until the password changes.
Paying
Court costs are split by the hours each player signed up for, and extras such as balls are shared equally. Once the organizer has finalized the costs, the link shows what everyone owes, with how the organizer would like to be paid.
You pay the organizer directly, the way your group already does. PadelTab works out who owes what and tracks who has paid, but it never receives, holds or moves money.
Language
The page opens in the group's language, English or Thai, and you can switch it from the language menu.
Who sees your name
Anyone holding the link can see who has signed up for that session, so keep it within your group. The preview a chat app draws for the link shows the date, time, venue, group name and how many are playing, but never a player's name.
