Help

Private, flexible padel session management for social groups.

Who needs an account

Only the people who run a group need an account: the group's owner, who creates it, and the organizers the owner invites to help. Players never need one.

Players join each session from its private link. They add their name, choose the hours they will play, and can take their name off again while sign-ups are open.

Getting started

  1. Create an account with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
  2. Open the confirmation link we email you. It works once and expires after 24 hours, and the sign-in page can send a new one.
  3. Sign in and create your group: its name, its currency and its time zone.
  4. Add the venue where you play, then schedule a session.
  5. Copy the session's player link into your group chat.

To share the running of the group, invite an organizer from the group's People page. An invite link works once and expires after 7 days, so send it soon.

For players

A player link needs no account and no app. Open it, add your name, choose your hours and press I'm in!

You pay the group directly, the way its organizers tell you. PadelTab works out who owes what, but it never receives, holds or moves money.

Trial, plans and paying

Your first group starts with a 30-day free trial. It is yours as the owner, once, not once per group, and nothing is asked of you up front: no card and no address.

After the trial, a plan covers your groups for a term you pay for once. Plans differ in how many groups they cover, and the pricing page lists them with their prices.

You buy a plan on the group's billing page and pay by PromptPay or bank transfer. No card is stored and nothing renews on its own: when a term ends, you buy another.

When a term or the trial ends, nothing is deleted. You can still read everything, finish splitting costs and mark players as paid, and players' links keep working. Creating or changing sessions, venues, invites and the group's settings waits until you buy a term.

Refunds

Ask for a refund on the group's billing page, which shows what you would get back if you asked today. The refund policy has the rules.

Complimentary access

Some owners are given PadelTab for free. Their billing page says Complimentary, and nothing is charged.

Common problems

An invite link does not work

It may have expired, been used already, or been withdrawn. Ask the group's owner for a new one.

My password is refused on a new account

The address is probably not confirmed yet. Use Resend confirmation email on the sign-in page, confirm from the email, and sign in again.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The link we email works once and expires after an hour, and finishing the reset signs you out everywhere else.

The confirmation email never arrived

Check the spam folder and the address you typed, then ask for a new link from the sign-in page. An account left unconfirmed for 30 days is deleted, so one registered on a mistyped address can simply be registered again.

Privacy and safety

A group's pages are open only to its owner and organizers. A player link shows that one session, and the preview a chat app draws for it never names a player.

Treat invite links as private: anyone holding a valid one can accept it.

PadelTab records whether a player has paid, never a bank transaction or a card. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.
